In the video, you can see me applying poultry manure to our cassava in the farm.
I left the radio station where I did a program on frugality in marriage to this farm.
We have planted cassava on 80% of the ridges you can see. We will plant fluted pumpkin (ugu), and sweet potato on the rest.
Instead of running aimlessly in a stadium, this is my own form of exercise and I will make money at the end of the day.
We must perform and demonstrate what we preach.
Motivational speaking is not only about telling them what can be, but demonstrating to them how to get there and what to do. Evidence speaks and convinces better than theology.
I have learnt that performance leads to commendation and recommendations.
One man’s performance must not prevent you from introducing yourself.
If they don’t introduce you, introduce yourself by outstanding performance.
